"From my phone call to the dealer to the hand shake at the end of the deal I was very pleased. Dawn was very personable and friendly and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a Nissan. She was also my first woman salesperson and I think she did her job very well. I have purchased only Ford models for the past 30 plus years and now that I own my first Nissan I'm thrilled. The drive on my way home actually felt as if I were flying a small plane because the car was quiet, felt strong and safe. The seats are so comfortable as well. Andrew who got out car ready and explained all the bells and whistles to use was fantastic. If only everyone could enjoy their job and deliver as well as he did. Tom, the general manager and our finance dept. person were great as well. I highly recommend Dawn Licata to anyone who might be searching for a Nissan. I am so happy with my new 2013 Nissan Altima."

"I bought my truck at this dealership and was left with such a good buying experience I continue to use the dealership for my servicing. This particular time was my 15,000 mile service. Upon arriving I was greeted with a smile. I explained that I had a road trip coming up and would like to make an appointment for my service ASAP. Cory Newton informed me that they were slow today and he would be able to squeeze me in. He was very up front about the price and was willing to work with my specific demands. I was able to watch the full service being done without any dirty looks or repercussions from the mechanic or staff. When the mechanic pulled my truck around I was able to ask very specific questions which he answered very politely. Cory then went through my entire bill with me and asked if I had any questions. I feel like only at this dealership can I come away with a positive feeling after having parted with my money. The prices were average but the staff is exceptional."
